In short, you must have a depreciation report that your accountant can claim against to effectively reduce your tax. That means the cost of holding your investment will be reduced through non-cash deductions through the write down in value of your goods and chattels and building. (Conditions apply)
Depreciation allowances are to many, a most misunderstood tax deduction.
