Good Afternoon Tom
As a property manager, can I say that I have been way to busy and not really had a chance to put together my story in length but let me say in a few sentences, thank you for giving me the opportunity to share with all who reads my experience.
While I am an owner of real estate almost by default, I am very happy that I am now in my situation because of my surrounding circumstances and influences.
Let me share my view of what I think is inteligent use of money as both a participant in the market and I think more importantly as a Property Manager.
It all began at the age of 15 when I started to handle the tennancy issues with my parents properties.
At 17 years of age I accepted a cadetship in real estate back in 1992. I have since then purchased 3 properties and now look after 850+ properties and growing.
I strongly urge every single person who is employed to invest in the property market. To think in years to come you will have an asset and the peace of mind you can comfortably retire.
